Terms - FIVEMCHEAPS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FIVEMCHEAPS, you agree to these terms and Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. Service Description

FIVEMCHEAPS is a Discord bot that allows users to redeem balance codes and use the balance to purchase digital goods with automated delivery.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this service.

4. Digital Goods Policy

All items delivered through the bot are digital goods. Once a purchase is completed and the item is delivered, it is considered final.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases, buyer’s remorse, incompatibility, or misuse of the product.

6. Chargeback Policy

By using this service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate and permanent ban from the bot, revocation of access to purchased items, and possible legal action to recover losses.

7. Code Redemption

Balance codes are one-time use only. Once redeemed, the balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the bot or any products purchased through it.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot or these Terms at any time without notice.

10. Acceptance

By using the bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
